Zach Gillan was named Vice President of Communications in May, 2025. He brings over a decade of high-stakes strategic communications experience across public policy, issue advocacy, and political campaigns. Gillan joins AXPC from S-3 Group, a bipartisan government relations and public affairs consultancy, where he served as Vice President of Strategic Communications and advised companies and trade associations on issue advocacy engagements. His deep political experience includes holding positions at the National Republican Senatorial Committee over three election cycles and managing political and issue advocacy research for the Congressional Leadership Fund and American Action Network. Gillan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Hamilton College and is a native of Houston, Texas.
