Sam supports AXPC’s policy and political engagement in Washington, D.C. He was most recently legislative director for Congressman Pat Fallon, where he spearheaded legislative and oversight activities. Before that, Sam was with Congressman Richard Hudson, handling a broad domestic policy portfolio that included energy, environment, natural resources, and appropriations.
