“America’s leading independent oil and gas producers urge the House to advance President Trump’s energy dominance agenda by passing the One, Big, Beautiful Bill Act.
“This legislation is purpose-built to unleash American energy through smart, durable reforms that reverse the Biden-era tax penalty on intangible drillings costs, repeal the punitive methane tax, and unlock production on federal lands.
“With these generational reforms in place, American energy producers will be better positioned to power the nation with affordable, reliable, homegrown energy for decades to come – strengthening communities, the economy, and our national security.”
