Securing America’s energy dominance requires durable policy put forward by the Senate Environmental and Public Works Committee to repeal the punitive natural gas tax – a tax that ignores the upstream sector’s world-leading emissions reductions and unnecessarily raises energy production costs. Ensuring energy affordability, economic growth, and global competitiveness depends on Congress advancing this legislation.
