AXPC Applauds Bipartisan Momentum to Establish Permit Certainty

Washington, D.C. – Today, American Exploration & Production Council (AXPC) CEO Anne Bradbury issued the following statement after Senators Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) and Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nevada) introduced the Fighting for Reliable Energy and Ending Doubt for Open Markets (FREEDOM) Act to establish permit certainty for all forms of energy projects:  

“We applaud Senators Cotton and Cortez Masto for their leadership on this critical issue. Establishing permit certainty is essential to building the 21st century energy infrastructure that this country urgently needs and is a critical component of advancing durable permitting reform into law.”
