Washington, DC – Today, the American Exploration & Production Council’s CEO, Anne Bradbury, released the following statement after AXPC published the 2025 Energy Policy Blueprint:
“The next Congress and Administration will need to work together to enact specific energy policies to ensure that America remains the world leader in both energy production and emissions reductions. AXPC has highlighted clear proposals that, when in place, will support lower energy prices – and help our broader economy, national security, and environment.
“We will continue to engage with the Hill, the Administration, and public on these essential issues facing American energy.”
The main tenets of the 2025 Energy Policy Blueprint:
- Modernize the Federal Permitting Process
- Unleash U.S. LNG as a Geopolitical Tool
- Re-Open Federal Land for Energy Production
- Protect Americans’ Wallets through Tax & Fiscal Policies
- Fix Regulations, Especially on Methane
